Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic shipping to the USA on orders of $70 USD or more. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect shipments once they are with the carrier. 

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. 

Please note that we use rate shipping to find the most economical service for our customers. At this time we are unable to offer expedited shipping, all orders are shipped with standard/ground.

All Diambar Beauty orders are shipped within 5 business days. We work hard to fulfill natural skincare orders as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. If we cannot keep our commitment to you, we will reach out as soon as possible with an honest explanation for the delay. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the carrier to attempt to track down the package. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing the order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a signature required. Additional fees may apply.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We have a no-returns policy.

At Diambar Beauty your experience and your satisfaction are very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please let us know within 5 days of receiving your package. Damages

If your order is damaged or you are missing an item, please email us with your order number to support@diambarbeauty.com within 5 days of delivery. No action will be taken if we are contacted more than 5 days after delivery. 

If the order is incorrect or defective, please email us with your order number along with photos of the product in the original packaging and the shipping box to support@diambarbeauty.com.

Do not throw out the packaging until otherwise instructed as it is necessary to file a claim.
